A RETREAT TO FEEL GOOD INSIDE AND OUT

Dedicate 4 days to feel good on the outside, and on the inside. To get rid of stress, stiffness and tension and return to your center and balance.
To make a physical and mental detox, and recover the strength, energy, vitality and serenity within you.
We are heading into winter, a season of introspection and stillness. We will acquire the necessary tools to feel good and enjoy this transition. We will learn to nourish ourselves in different ways: through healthy and conscious eating, yoga, meditation, healing walks, and connecting with ourselves and those around us.
We will get rid of everything that is in excess (both internal and external) in order to end the year in the best possible way.

YOGA AND MEDITATION

• Through yoga we will tone the body and calm the mind.
• We will meditate to find stillness and peace.
• We will free ourselves from stress and tension.
• Through different breathing techniques, we will find balance and harmony to live without anxiety and sleep peacefully.
• Through these ancient practices, we will embark on a path of self-knowledge that will allow us to live more fully.
