Yoga Basics is the perfect workshop if you’re new to yoga or if you are at the beginning of your yoga journey. We will learn the fundamentals of yoga poses, sun salutations step by step, correct alignment, and breath work. Develop a solid foundation of your yoga practice.
Our teacher Joy will accompany you in this special workshop. Certified by Yoga Alliance, Joy started with her 200h multi-style training, then she also completed her 250h certification in Ashtanga yoga, 100h in Yin Yoga and meditation and completed her 300h advanced multi-style training in India, so she is now a 500h registered yoga teacher. Her classes are suitable for all levels and can be dynamic and demanding as well as slow and deep. Joy transmits great passion creating a safe space that inspires connection, compassion and joy.
