Es Racó d'Artà is a unique destination on the island of Mallorca. With centuries of historical heritage, it is reborn with the hope of giving back to the countryside the prominence it should never have lost.
La "Finca", which dates back to the 13th century, has passed through different families over the generations, all of whom have been closely linked to the land and have dedicated themselves to agriculture, until, in the 1970s, the island's tourist boom took hold and many of the old fincas were abandoned.
In the form of a dream, Antoni Esteva and Jaume Danús have reconverted this small corner of Mallorca into a place of worship, where nature prevails, based on sustainability and design.
Recovering the longed-for Mallorca, that is the challenge of this beautiful project.
SA POSSESSIÓ
Sa Possessió is the main house of the estate, having maintained its structure as close as possible to its origins, we have designed 8 beautiful rooms, each with a different soul, but all with that characteristic light and the necessary elements for your wellbeing and rest. They are different from each other, but you will fall in love with each of them.
JUNIOR SUITE TERRACE
Embraced by the mountain and surrounded by the beautiful valley, each of these rooms has a unique, cosy and sophisticated design. The views from their windows and terraces will lose you in the breathtaking scenery, all accessed via a staircase, either from their separate entrance or from inside the building. Natural materials, organic fabrics, neutral colours and sustainable products will make you enjoy, from the calm, an experience based on respect and design.
TERRACE SUITE
Inside our main building, Sa Possessió, you will find this beautiful and unique room, which also houses one of the historical icons of the estate, the mouth of the well, on its terrace. Connected to the terrace, there is a pleasant and luminous living room, carefully furnished with natural materials, dressed with organic fabrics, which also incorporates a sofa bed designed for your comfort and tranquillity. In its spacious room, you will find a small window through which you can see the village and the valley, and lose yourself in an infinite postcard landscape.
360º TERRACE SUITE
These spacious and cosy rooms are located on the first floor of Sa Possessió, with a natural and peaceful design, spaciousness and organic white linen looms that will turn your sleep into an absolute pleasure. There are some curious stairs that will take you to the sky, to a small terrace with a 360º view of the estate. Relax and breathe in this unexpected place, lying down and watching how shooting stars fall, you will fall in love with this room. SA FINQUETA
Sa Finqueta is a private villa, a small independent natural paradise that belongs to Es Racó d' Artà. This beautiful house is located outside the main premises of the estate, just a minute and a half by car, therefore its privacy and exclusivity.
During your private stay in this dream place, you can also enjoy the facilities of Es Racó d'Artà while it is open and have breakfast in the beautiful gardens of our restaurant Beni Axir if you prefer.
