BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Identification of the account holder
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the customer (hereinafter, the "Customer") and:

(hereinafter, the "Hotel").
2. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the reservation of accommodations and services offered by the Hotel.

Confirmation of the reservation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Booking Process
Reservations may be made through the official website, the booking engine, by phone, or by email.

The Customer represents and warrants that:

– They are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.
– The information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
– They accept these terms and conditions on their own behalf and on behalf of all guests included in the reservation.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations if it detects irregularities, fraud, or misuse of payment methods.

The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the Customer receives the corresponding confirmation.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

The Balearic Islands "ecotasa" tourist tax is not included and must be paid at the property.

The Hotel reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices confirmed in a reservation will not be affected.

Non-Refundable Rate
– 100% will be charged at the time of booking.
– Cancellations and modifications are not permitted.

Flexible Rate (BAR)
– No charge is made at the time of booking.
– Payment will be made in full at the hotel.

Booking Guarantee
The Guest must provide a valid credit card as a guarantee. The Hotel may verify its validity and refuse reservations in the event of any issues.

The Guest is responsible for paying for all additional services consumed during their stay and expressly authorizes the establishment to charge the provided card in the event of a no-show or failure to comply with the applicable cancellation policy.
5. Online Payments and Security
Payments made through the website are processed via a secure payment gateway.

Transactions are encrypted and comply with the security standards required by current regulations. The Hotel does not store full card details.

The Guest warrants that they are authorized to use the provided payment method.

The Hotel shall not be liable for failures in the payment gateway, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks.

If the payment is declined, canceled, or cannot be processed for any reason, the reservation may be automatically canceled.
6. Cancellation and Modification Policy
The applicable cancellation policy is the one indicated at the time of booking.

Flexible Rate
– Free cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival date.
– Cancellations made after this date: 100% of the stay.

Non-Refundable Rate
– No cancellations or changes allowed.
– 100% will be charged at the time of booking.

No-show
In case of a no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.
7. Refunds
When a refund is applicable, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the reservation.

The time it takes for the refund to be processed will depend on the customer’s bank and the payment gateway’s procedures.

The Hotel will not be liable for delays attributable to third parties (financial institutions, payment systems, etc.).
8. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
9. Terms of Stay and House Rules
The hotel is a place designed for rest, relaxation, and well-being.

Minimum age: 14 years old
Pets are not allowed

The guest agrees to:

– Behave respectfully.
– Respect the rest of other guests.
– Not to smoke indoors, and outdoors only in designated areas.
– To make proper use of facilities and equipment.
– Respect the privacy of other guests and their right to their own image, refraining from taking photographs or recordings without their prior consent.

The Hotel may apply charges for damages, extraordinary cleaning, or improper use of facilities.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the early termination of the stay without the right to a refund.
10. Services and Facilities
The Hotel reserves the right to modify schedules, services, facilities, or terms of use for operational, technical, or force majeure reasons.

The continuous availability of all services is not guaranteed.
11. Use of the Website and Booking Engine
The Hotel does not guarantee the continuous availability of the website or the booking engine, which may be affected by outages, maintenance, or technical issues.

The Hotel is not liable for errors in pricing, availability, or content resulting from technical failures or third-party issues.

In the event of a clear error in the price of a reservation, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel it and notify the Guest.
12. Liability
The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, except in cases provided for by law.

The Hotel’s liability is limited, in any case, to the total amount of the reservation.

The Hotel shall not be liable for:

– Indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities.
– Technical failures, website malfunctions, or third-party system failures.
– Actions by third parties unrelated to the Hotel.
– Circumstances beyond its control.

The Guest shall be liable for any damage caused to the Hotel, its facilities, or third parties.
13. Force majeure
The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations when such failure is due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, or similar events.
14. Right of admission
The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission and to ask guests to leave.
15. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), solely for the purpose of managing the reservation and providing services.
16. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the Balearic Islands.
